Meat of bovine animals, fresh or chilled - which code?

Morning,

I find determining which commodity code to use for this category very confusing.

Which “other” commodity code to use for beef within the carcase and half carcase as well as certain cuts and also confirming which beef cuts fall under Compensated quarters, Unseparated or separated forequarters and unseparated or separated hindquarters.

Then on the boneless which “other” commodity code to use for beef.

Please can someone advise?
